REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must display faculty in the post-specfic core functions of the Post, Be in possession of a elderly Certificate( Grade 12) or National Certificate
Vocational recorded on the National Learner Record Database on NQF leve
4; Be fluent in at least two of the sanctioned anguages, of which one must be English; Be a South African Citzen; aspirants will be subordinated to a vettng
process which wll incude security webbing and fingerprnt verification; Must
have no felonious record or pending crimna/ departmental cases; Degree/
Dipoma NQF position 6 or advanced in the field of post will be an added advantage;
Applicable courses in the field of the post. Be wilng to work under pressure and
extended hours.
DUTIES: Keeping the dary accuratey and coordinate meetings; Remind the Deputy
National Commissioner on meeting schedules; Arrange and bespeak venues for the meetngs in agreement with the number of peope anticipated to attend;
Arrange refreshments for the people attendng the meetings.
Hande routine correspondence; Render general event service; Type documents, reports, letters, memoranda etc; Effective administration of brought forward system;
