Job description
The successful seeker will insure health and safety protocols are being followed and will also cover the quality of our bakery products. The Bakery will work nearly as part of a platoon help achieve the group’s pretensions.
The purpose of the job is to produce ignited products to quality norms according to the Bakery Manager’s product plans.
Eventually, you’ll make sure we offer fresh and succulent goods to our guests on a diurnal base.
Crucial liabilities
Mix colorful constituents as per product conditions
Shape dough to prepare different types of afters
Singe different chuck types
Recommend fashions to renew our menu and attract further
Acclimate oven temperatures to insure proper baking
Track food inventories and place orders, as demanded
Minimize destruction of constituents during product process
Control constituents used in incinerating incentive- grounded products
Maintain ideal stock situations per product schedule and client conditions insure that all outfit is gutted at the end of each shift insure that all installations used are gutted at the end of each shift
Follow the systems used to insure that all client orders are produced to quality norms in the correct time
Minimum conditions
A Matric Certificate profitable
A clear felonious record
minimal 3 times’ experience within bakery
Good communication chops
A platoon player
Attention to detail
Knowledge of bakery operations & hygiene and safety norms.
Operation of bakery outfit.
The seeker must be prepared to work shifts
