Experience Minimum
No experience demanded but individual conditions to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
Ideal
- Some client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking terrain
Qualifications(Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate/ Vocational
- Qualifications( Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge Minimum
Introductory calculations
- How to engage with people
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
- Knowledge of bank branch surroundings
Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes( internal) - Computer knowledge( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship operation
Conditions of Employment
- Clear lawless and credit record
- Must have fingerprints which are sensible/ recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
