RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock Management:

  • Insure that stock is directly entered & unpacked to wares and replenish the deals bottom.
  • Examiner and manage stock situations through defined processes( stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans etc.) to alleviate pitfalls( stock loss) and insure acceptable stock on hand.
  • Oversee the overall conservation of the storeroom to meet housekeeping norms.
    help with authorising write offs, breakages, recalls, OBF( out of box failures), cellular repairs and returns.

Deals Growth & Profitability

  • Analyse deals & profitability reports in store to unite with operation on needed functional action plans, increase deals performance and examiner store expenditure.
  • Monitior, review and keep abreast of in- store product performance to give feedback to support centre and enhance deals.
  • Keep abreast of new openings to increase deals and brand mindfulness. This may include in- store marketing, contender shopping.
  • Drive credit, Insurance, Mobile and Cellular performance to achieve the agreed budget.

  • Help the store director to conduct compliance checks through defined processes( e.g. admin checks, store checkups, visual checkups, COMO reports, POS reports, health & safety norms, daily hanger counts, security etc.) to insure and apply overall compliance to programs and procedures.
  • Client Experience operation

Insure and maintain the perpetration of client experience processes( through the prosecution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, elevations, client experience plans, visual norms, client feedback, general housekeeping etc.) to meet client service norms.
Leadership & Development

Lead and drive the platoon within a store to achieve store KPIs and functional strategy in line with company values.
Identify & drive training, coaching and development needs with a focus on gift operation and race planning.
Recruit, administer & manage performance in agreement with company programs and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • NQF position 4( Grade 12) or original.
    Understanding of Deals & Service Management.
  • Budgeting
  • Computer knowledgeable.
  • Good Communication
  • Understanding of Retail Trade.
  • Brand, client service, cellular, mobile, new accounts, and insurance product understanding
